Our partners have the required authorisations to send out notification letters and engage in collection activities in their respective countries. They all have the necessary competence and resources in all aspect to collect unpaid parking and traffic fines as efficiently, safely and fast as possible. Collection is always carried out in accordance to domestic legislation and general standard collecting procedures.
All of our partners carry a long experience in the collection of debts of small amounts and large volumes concerning private persons. The local presence enables the debtors to easily contact the agency sending out the notification and to receive assistance in their mother tongue. The debtors also get the opportunity to pay the claim in their national currency and according to local praxis.
Through our Internet-based back-office system our clients can easily deal with a specific claim as well as getting information about the number fines: processed, identified, paid, etc.
